Knicks To Get Visit From Tyreke Evans and Sacramento Kings

The Knicks will be hosting the Sacramento Kings at MSG tonight. Though the Kings have lost 12 straight road game, they will be looking to avenge those losses as team star and 2010 "Rookie of the Year" Tyreke Evans returns from an injury that has kept him out a little longer than a week.

Evans has the build of a classic shooting guard and is normally able to score at will. After averaging over 20 points per game last season, his field percentage has dipped to under 40%, still good, however, for a 17.2 points per game average.

Evans is also a strong one on one defender and is furthermore, an impressive playmaker. His floor general instincts will be put to the test tonight as the Kings go up against the Knicks, who return home from an impressive 2-2 Western Conference road trip against major contenders.

The Knicks, playing amid loud Carmelo Anthony trade rumors, will have to sound it all out as they seek out the victory. Amar'e Stoudemire and Wilson Chandler (both playing well in the post for the guys in orange and blue), will have their hands full as they look to contain rookie DeMarcus Cousins, who has been on a hot streak of his own as of late.

Take a look at the late game heroics of Evans from earlier this season.
